This project is a great example of "it's never as simple as it looks". The 120 lb. screen bolts to a mounting bracket, which attaches to a custom swing arm, which is a component of a Fancy "hinge" that features 1000 lb. load rated Needle Bearings, and custom Machined Silicon Bronze bushings, mounted with hidden ceiling and floor brackets, to allow the screen to gracefully swing to allow viewing from the Master Bedroom bed, and later close flush to the cabinet. Simple? Yeah-right!
