The Process

Description:
After the upper and lower curves were formed, a frame was constructed to the proper height (allowing for the 3/4" thick glass top). Filling in the Hand Forged bars was much easier on the 2 "flat" sections- the other bars actually had to be forged to curve in 2 directions/planes. Very tricky.
